Description
Keto Buttercream Frosting is the conventional taste we like, with out all of the carbs! This creamy, keto pleasant frosting recipe is buttery with a hint of vanilla or chocolate perfection. So clean, too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Powdered Lakanto Sweetener
- ½ cups Powdered Cocoa, For Chocolate Frosting (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Preparation
Add butter to a huge bowl and blend the use of an electric mixer. Beat butter at the medium velocity for 3 mins till butter is lighter in shade. Alternatively, you may use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
>Add powdered sweetner and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Then boom the speed to medium and maintain blending for another minute or two.
Add heavy cream, vanilla extract and salt. Continue to combine the usage of medium velocity until the frosting is all combined.
One batch will frost about a dozen cupcakes.
Notes:
• Want a chocolate buttercream frosting? Simply upload in 1/2 cup sifted cocoa powder while you add in the powdered sweetener. If you frosting will become too thick, add in a touch extra heavy cream until it will become the consistency you want.
• Lakanto powdered sweetener is my favored logo of low carb sweetener. If you want to apply Swerve powdered sweetener, you'll need to apply a little less. Start with half of the quantity and add extra if you think it wishes to be sweeter.
