Ingredients
- 10 Tomatillos, Quartered
- 2 cloves Garlic
- four slices White Onion
- 7 Dried Morita Chiles
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Pepper
Preparation
Saute tomatillos for about four mins. Then add garlic and onion slices and saute for 2 mins. Add morita chiles and continue sautéing for about four mins.
Turn heat off and upload water until chiles are protected. Put warmness back on and produce to a boil for about five–7 mins.
Add the whole thing to a blender. Blend and season with salt and pepper.
