Description
Nut-Free Trail Mix is made with seeds and dried fruit and may be thrown collectively quick. Great snack idea for colleges that require nut-loose lunches.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Pumpkin Seeds
- ½ cups Sunflower Seeds
- ½ cups Dried Cranberries
- ½ cups Jumbo Golden Raisins
- ½ cups Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Place pumpkin and sunflower seeds on a huge baking sheet. Roast seeds at 350°F for 15 mins. Cool seeds for 1 hour.
In a huge bowl, integrate seeds, dried fruit, chocolate, and salt. Serve.
