Description
This mango avocado salsa is paleo, Whole30, takes simply 15 mins to make and you may serve it with meat, fish, seafood, roasted vegetables and so forth.
Ingredients
- 2 Mangos, Peeled, Cored, Diced
- 6 Medium Roma Tomatoes
- 3 Medium Avocados, Peeled, Cored, Diced
- 1 Medium Red Onion, Chopped
- 3 JalapeƱos, Seeded And Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1 Lime, Zest And Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt (or To Taste)
- ¼ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper, Or To Taste
- ⅓ cups Cilantro, Chopped
Preparation
In a medium-sized bowl, upload mango, tomatoes, avocados, onion, jalapeƱos, garlic and lime zest. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil, then season to flavor. Add fresh chopped cilantro and toss nicely to mix.
Keep refrigerated till prepared to serve. The flavors need a chunk of time to meld together flawlessly so it will surely flavor better in 1 hour.
