Healthy and easy snack to put together at home!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Oil
- ¼ cups Peanut Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Agave Or Maple Syrup, Or More To Taste
Preparation
Melt chocolate in a water tub. Add coconut oil and stir properly.
In a bowl, add peanut butter, pinch of salt and agave (or maple syrup). Stir well till it has the consistency of a paste.
In every mold (I used 8 small paper molds), upload 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate and refrigerate for about 10 mins. Once chocolate has hardened, upload 1 teaspoon of peanut butter combination and then cover with last melted chocolate, until all of the peanut butter is included.
Refrigerate again for about 15 mins, then unmold. Enjoy!
