Description
Cheesecake is my favorite dessert. But getting ready a full cheesecake takes some time to bake. So rather, I made smaller variations of cheesecake in half of the time. Each cheesecake bite is crowned off with some cherry pie filling, making sure every piece gets a chew of cherry.
Ingredients
- 12 Vanilla Wafers
- sixteen oz., fluid Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 can (21 Oz.) Cherry Pie Filling
Preparation
>Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a muffin pan with 12 cupcake liners. Place 1 vanilla wafer into each cup.
In a massive bowl, use a hand mixer to overcome softened cream cheese with granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until creamy.
Evenly pour cheesecake batter over each vanilla wafer. Bake for 25–half-hour. Let cool. Top every cheesecake chew with cherry pie filling.
