Description
A recipe for Cheesy Sausage and Potatoes Casserole is a one-pan meal concept that is made within the skillet with au gratin potatoes, sausage, and blended vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Smoked Sausage, Halved And Sliced half Inch Thick
- 1 box (4 three/4 Oz. Size) Au Gratin Potatoes
- 2 cups Water
- ½ cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 bag (eight Oz. Size) Frozen Oriental Stir Fry Vegetables
Preparation
In a skillet, saute sausage. Once browned, eliminate to a paper-towel-lined plate and set aside.
To the pan, upload potatoes with contents of sauce blend, water, milk, and butter. Cover and cook over medium heat for 18–20 minutes until potatoes are nearly tender, stirring often.
Add greens. Cover and prepare dinner for eight–10 minutes or until potatoes and vegetables are smooth.
Stir in browned smoked sausage portions and stir to combine.
